Geecee Ventures is engaged in real estate development (residential and commercial) and also operates a financial services division that invests surplus funds in equity and interest-bearing instruments. Additionally, it runs a wind power unit in Jodhpur, Rajasthan, operational since 2010.
The company’s projects are concentrated across the Mumbai Metropolitan Region (MMR), Navi Mumbai, and Raigad, including Kharghar, Andheri (West), Bandra (East), JVPD, Chembur (East), and Karjat.
As of March 31, 2025, the Group comprised five subsidiaries and one joint venture. Additionally, one subsidiary LLP was struck off on March 18, 2025.
