EPACK Durable Limited, established in 2003, is a leading consumer durables Original Design Manufacturer (ODM) in India. The company began operations as an Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) for Room Air Conditioners (RACs) and transitioned to the ODM model in 2012. Since then, it has significantly diversified its portfolio to include Small Domestic Appliances (SDAs), Large Domestic Appliances (LDAs), and critical components. Its product range covers window and split RACs (indoor and outdoor units), induction cooktops, mixer grinders, water dispensers, air coolers, and washing machines, along with essential components such as heat exchangers, printed circuit board assemblies (PCBA), motors, fans, copper tubing, injection moulding, and sheet-metal parts.
The company operates five manufacturing units spread across Dehradun (Uttarakhand), Bhiwadi (Rajasthan), and Sri City (Andhra Pradesh). It also has dedicated R&D centres located in Noida, Bhiwadi, Dehradun, and Sri City, reinforcing its focus on innovation and product development. EPACK serves customers across all Indian states and exports to international markets such as Nepal, Sri Lanka, and the UAE. Key milestones include its conversion into a public limited company on June 28, 2023, and the listing of its equity shares on January 30, 2024. During FY 2024–25, EPACK incorporated a new wholly owned subsidiary and completed the merger of its erstwhile subsidiary, EPACK Components Private Limited, with itself through an NCLT order dated May 02, 2024. The company also has a joint venture focused on BLDC motors, reflecting its emphasis on backward integration and technology-led manufacturing.
