Among its key milestones in FY25 were customer reach expanding 36% year-on-year to about 10 million, raising Rs 38 billion through India’s largest maiden rental yield fund, and sustaining strong solvency and capital adequacy ratios across its insurance and lending businesses.

  • EAAA (Alternatives): Assets under management (AUM) grew 9% year-on-year to Rs 596 billion, with an annual recurring revenue AUM of Rs 450 billion. About 52% of AUM was from India, 23% from North America, 18% from Europe, and 7% from other geographies.

  • Mutual Fund: AUM reached Rs 1,418 billion, up 12% YoY. Equity AUM stood at Rs 625 billion, representing 44% of total, with equity inflows of Rs 130 billion, 2.7x higher than the previous year.

  • Asset Reconstruction: Fee-paying AUM was Rs 122 billion with recoveries of Rs 57.3 billion during the year, 14% of which came from retail portfolios.

  • NBFCs: Retail disbursements were Rs 3.42 billion, while the wholesale book was reduced by 40% to Rs 25 billion. Capital adequacy was maintained at 32.9%

  • Housing Finance: Nido disbursed Rs 17.03 billion, up 29% YoY, with 29% via co-lending. Over 70% of loans were in the affordable housing segment

  • General Insurance: Zuno GI issued about 5,95,000 policies, up 38% YoY, and posted 19% growth in gross direct premium income, outpacing the industry’s 6% growth

  • Life Insurance: Individual Annual Premium Equivalent grew 12% YoY to Rs 5.75 billion. AUM rose 17% to Rs 93.72 billion, with a claim settlement ratio of 99.29%.
