Digidrive is a master distributor operating across digital marketplaces, exclusively distributing Saregama’s Carvaan range. It also operates a digital storefront ecosystem offering catalogues, app-based management, promotions, content tools and payment gateways. The Group, through its material subsidiary, also publishes OPEN, a weekly current-affairs magazine.

The Company operates across India and recorded sales to “Other Countries” in FY 2024–25, marking its initial global reach.

Digidrive was incorporated in 2022 and is part of the RP–Sanjiv Goenka Group. Its shares are listed on BSE and NSE.
