Delta Corp Limited is India’s only listed luxury casino gaming company, incorporated in 1990 and headquartered in Worli, Mumbai. Over the years, it has grown into a diversified gaming and hospitality enterprise with operations across Goa, Daman and Sikkim, and its shares are listed on both the BSE and NSE. The Company operates a portfolio of onshore and offshore casinos and complementary hotels under the Deltin brand. Its hospitality portfolio includes the 176-room The Deltin, Daman and the 106-room Deltin Suites, Goa, offering integrated luxury experiences across accommodation, dining and entertainment. The Company’s expansion strategy includes a new state-of-the-art gaming vessel planned to replace Kings Casino, designed to offer around 4,000 gaming positions plus curated dining, wellness and entertainment zones. Additionally, Delta Corp is in the final stages of completing a 440-room hotel in Tonca, Goa, and has secured approvals for a landmark 88-acre integrated resort and water park at Dhargalim near Goa’s new international airport—currently on hold pending clarity on the GST framework for integrated models.
As on March 31, 2025, the Company had 11 subsidiaries, including step-down subsidiaries in Mauritius and Sri Lanka, enabling a structured presence across gaming, hospitality and related ventures.
Key achievements during the year include the sale of a 51% stake in Deltatech Gaming Limited, combining its online poker operations with Head Digital Works Private Limited’s rummy platform to build a stronger card-led gaming ecosystem. The Deltin brand also earned marquee recognitions such as Iconic Brand of India, and Deltin Royale set a world record with participation from nearly 50 nationalities in a single “Spin the Wheel” event.

Strategic realignment: Delta Corp divested a 51% stake in Deltatech Gaming Limited through a Share Purchase and Investment Agreement dated March 23, 2025. Following transaction completion on March 24, 2025, Deltatech ceased to be a subsidiary. Its online poker platform was integrated with HDW’s rummy offering to establish a unified card-focused gaming platform.
Demerger plan: The Board approved a revised demerger structure transferring the 88-acre Dhargalim integrated resort project (land and development rights) to Deltin Hotels & Resorts Private Limited, while remaining hospitality and real estate assets will move to DPL. The scheme aims to streamline execution and funding efficiencies.
Capacity expansion: The Company has committed ₹450 crore towards developing a next-generation gaming vessel expected to double total gaming positions to about 4,000. The vessel will feature premium gaming, themed entertainment, multi-cuisine dining and wellness spaces, with launch targeted by the end of the financial year.
Hospitality pipeline: Construction of the 440-room Tonca, Goa hotel is in its final stages. The approved Dhargalim project remains on hold pending GST policy clarity for integrated resorts.
Partnership platforms: Delta Corp partnered with Alpha Alternatives Fund Advisors LLP and Peninsula Land Limited to create a ₹765 crore real estate platform focused on residential and plotted development projects in the Mumbai Metropolitan Region.
