Confidence Petroleum India Limited (CPIL) was incorporated on July 21, 1994. Over three decades, it has evolved into a fully integrated LPG and CNG company, with listings on both the BSE and NSE, and a mission to deliver clean, efficient fuel solutions to households and businesses across India. The company’s operations span 25 states, supported by 360 national locations and two offices (Mumbai and Nagpur), reflecting its wide operating footprint in India; CPIL reports no international operations and no export contribution to turnover.

 

CPIL’s offerings cover the full LPG value chain—marketing and bottling of LPG (Packed and Bulk), Auto LPG retailing, and manufacturing of LPG/CNG cylinders—alongside a growing presence in CNG retailing. The company operates one of India’s most extensive LPG bottling infrastructures with 68 plants across multiple states, positioning it as the largest private sector LPG bottler in the country. These facilities serve CPIL’s ‘GoGas’ brand and also support leading oil companies such as HPCL, BPCL and IOCL, as well as private majors like Reliance. In Auto LPG, CPIL had 295 operational Auto LPG Dispensing Stations (ALDS), reinforcing its position as the largest private player in this segment.
