City Union Bank Limited (CUB) is an old premier private-sector bank incorporated on October 31, 1904, with its registered office in Kumbakonam, Tamil Nadu. Industries served: As of March 31, 2025, sectoral deployment of advances shows MSME at ₹21,669.55 crore (40.83% of total advances), Agriculture ₹8,787.16 crore (16.56%), Commercial Real Estate ₹3,651.30 crore (6.88%), Gold Loan (Non Agriculture) ₹6,645.30 crore (12.52%), Housing Loans ₹2,515.35 crore (4.74%), NBFCs ₹1,417.31 crore (2.67%), and others. Major industrial exposures include textiles, metals, engineering, and other industries; “other textiles” constitute 5.77% of gross credit exposure within industrial exposures .
