B.R. Goyal Infrastructure Limited was originally formed as Partnership Firm under the Indian Partnership Act, 1932 (Partnership Act) in the name and style of ‘M/s. Balkrishna Ramkaran Goyal pursuant’ to a Deed of Partnership dated August 4, 1986 entered amongst the original partners Bal Krishna Goyal, Gopal Goyal and Sarla Goyal for the purpose of carrying out the business of roads, building and drainage contractor ship having its principal place of business at Indore, Madhya Pradesh, India on the terms and conditions contained in the said partnership deed duly registered by the Registrar of Firms Further for re-constitution of the partnership, changes in the business to be carried out, changes in terms and conditions of the deed, the Partnership Deed was subsequently amended on April 1, 1992, March 31, 1996, April 1, 1998, November 1, 2004 respectively. The business of the Partnership Firm was taken over by the company pursuant to the conversion and ‘M/s. Balkrishna Ramkaran Goyal’ was thereafter converted from a Partnership firm to a Private Limited Company under Part IX of the Companies Act, 1956 in the name and Style of ‘B.R.Goyal Infrastructure Private Limited’ under the provisions of Companies Act, 1956 vide certificate of incorporation dated April 1, 2005 issued by Registrar of Companies, Madhya Pradesh and Chhattisgarh.Subsequently, the company was converted into a Public Limited Company and the name of the company was changed from ‘B.R. Goyal Infrastructure Private Limited’ to ‘B.R.Goyal Infrastructure Limited’ vide fresh Certificate of Incorporation dated May 9, 2018 issued by the Registrar of Companies, Gwalior.The company is engaged in the construction and development of infrastructure projects such as roads, highways, bridges and buildings since inception. The company carry out EPC services for third parties (majorly for government departments), primarily in the roads highways, commercial complex, industrial parks, housing projects and HAM (Hybrid Annuity Mode) Projects. The company is also engaged in wind power generation, manufacturing of Ready-Mix Concrete (RMC) and Toll Collection Contract (TCC).It executes road construction projects as EPC contractors and construction services providers. For the projects that it delivers on an EPC and construction services basis, the scope of its services typically includes design and engineering of the project, procurement of raw materials, project execution at site with overall project management up to the commissioning of these projects. In addition, it also undertakes repair and maintenance of projects in accordance with its contractual arrangements. Its employee resources and fleet of equipment, together with its engineering skills and capabilities, enable it to execute a range of construction projects involving varying degrees of complexity.Its Promoters and Directors, has been connected with infrastructure and construction industry for decades.
