Ashima is engaged in Real Estate, while its wholly owned subsidiary is registered as a SEBI Portfolio Manager. The company closed its cotton textile operations during the year under review.
Both ongoing projects—Swan Lake and The Sovereign—are in and around Ahmedabad, Gujarat, with The Sovereign located at Thaltej and Swan Lake near Ahmedabad. The projects together span premium residential offerings and large plotted development.
As on March 31, 2025, Ashima has one subsidiary. This entity is wholly owned by the company.
