The most awaited and headline-grabbing IPO of the year, NSDL from the capital markets space, is set to open for subscription from July 30, 2025, and it is set to make its stock market debut on August 6. Alongside it, companies from the infrastructure and real estate sectors are also entering the street. Together, these IPOs are expected to raise about ₹5,583.6 crore from the primary market.

Highway Infrastructure IPO Details 

Highway Infrastructure Ltd (HIL), incorporated in 1995, is engaged in tollway operations, EPC infrastructure projects, and real estate development. The company has a notable presence across 11 states and 1 Union Territory, with 24 tollway projects completed and 7 currently operational. It uses advanced technology like ANPR for toll collection, notably on the Delhi-Meerut Expressway, along with RFID-based ETC systems. 

In the EPC segment, HIL has executed 63 projects and is currently handling 20 ongoing infra projects, mainly in Madhya Pradesh. The real estate segment, though smaller, includes gated communities and housing developments.

The IPO, totaling ₹130 crore, includes a fresh issue of ₹97.52 crore and an offer for sale of ₹32.48 crore. Proceeds will be used to fund working capital requirements (₹65 crore) and for general corporate purposes. 

On the financial front, the company saw a 13% decline in revenue, but a 5% rise in PAT in FY25. The IPO is open from August 5 to August 7, 2025, with a price band of ₹65 to ₹70 per share and a face value of ₹5. The lot size is fixed at 211 shares. The tentative listing date is August 12. 

IPO allocation includes 40% reserved for retail investors, not less than 30% for Non-Institutional Investors (NII), and not more than 30% for Qualified Institutional Buyers (QIB). This structure ensures balanced participation across investor categories. As of August 2024, HIL had 398 employees and continues to expand its footprint in the infrastructure sector.

M&B Engineering IPO Details 

M&B Engineering Ltd, incorporated in 1981, is a key player in the Pre-Engineered Buildings (PEB) and Self-Supported Roofing segment in India. The company provides end-to-end design, engineering, and manufacturing solutions, serving sectors such as logistics, warehousing, food & beverages, textiles, power, and railways. It operates two manufacturing facilities-Sanand (Gujarat) and Cheyyar (Tamil Nadu)-with a total PEB capacity of 103,800 MTPA. Notably, M&B Engineering exports its products to 22 countries, including the USA, Brazil, South Africa, Qatar, and Nigeria, positioning itself as a global supplier since FY2010.

The IPO, totaling ₹650 crore, comprises a fresh issue of ₹275 crore and an offer for sale worth ₹375 crore. Proceeds will be used for capex needs at its manufacturing units (₹130.58 crore), IT software upgrades (₹5.20 crore), and partial repayment of borrowings (₹58.75 crore). Financially, the company reported a 23% rise in revenue and a 69% surge in PAT in FY25 over FY24, reflecting operational growth and improved profitability.

M&B Engineering IPO opens from July 30 to August 1, 2025, with a price band of ₹366-₹385 per share and a lot size of 38 shares. The face value is ₹10 per share. Retail investors can apply up to ₹2 lakh at cut-off price, sNII between ₹2-10 lakh, and bNII above ₹10 lakh, with special provisions for employee category applicants, including possible discounts and combined applications across categories.

National Securities Depository Limited (NSDL) IPO

National Securities Depository Ltd. (NSDL), incorporated in 2012, is a SEBI-registered Market Infrastructure Institution (MII) that provides a wide range of depository and financial services in India. It maintains electronic records of security ownership and facilitates dematerialisation, trade settlements, pledging, and other asset servicing functions. NSDL also offers services like e-voting, consolidated account statements (CAS), and non-disposal undertakings (NDU). The company operates through key subsidiaries: NDML, which handles e-governance and KYC services, and NSDL Payments Bank, which provides digital banking and payment services.

As of March 31, 2025, NSDL has 39.45 million active demat accounts, with 294 registered depository participants and 33,758 registered issuers. Its services extend to account holders in over 99% of Indian PIN codes and across 186 countries. The company reported a 12% increase in revenue and a 25% rise in PAT in FY25 over FY24. 

The ₹4,011.60 crore IPO is entirely an Offer for Sale of 5.01 crore shares, open from July 30 to August 1, 2025. The price band is ₹760-₹800 per share with a lot size of 18 shares and a face value of ₹2 per share. 

Reservation details: QIB - not more than 50%, Retail - not less than 35%, NII - not less than 15%. Retail investors can bid up to ₹2 lakh at cut-off price. sNII (₹2-10 lakh) and bNII (above ₹10 lakh) cannot bid at cut-off. Employee applications are capped at ₹2 lakh, with combined options available under Employee + RII/NII categories.

Sri Lotus Developers & Realty IPO Details

Sri Lotus Developers & Realty Ltd., incorporated in February 2015, is a Mumbai-based real estate developer focused on ultra-luxury and luxury residential redevelopment projects primarily in the western suburbs of Mumbai. The company also develops commercial office spaces. As of June 30, 2025, it has a developable area of 0.93 million sq. ft., with 4 completed, 5 ongoing, and 11 upcoming projects. Its luxury residential offerings include 2BHK and 3BHK units priced between ₹3 to ₹7 crores, while larger 3BHK, 4BHK, and penthouses priced above ₹7 crores fall under the ultra-luxury segment.

Financially, the company has shown strong growth, with revenue increasing by 22% and profit after tax rising sharply by 91% in FY25 over FY24. This growth is primarily driven by progress in its ongoing high-end projects and strong demand for luxury real estate in Mumbai. The company is now raising ₹792 crores through a pure fresh issue of 5.28 crore shares to fund further development.

Sri Lotus Developers & Realty IPO opens on July 30 and closes on August 1, 2025, with a price band of ₹140-₹150 per share, face value ₹1, and lot size of 100 shares. Reservation: QIB - not more than 50%, Retail - not less than 35%, NII - not less than 15%. Of the proceeds, ₹550 crores will be used to invest in its subsidiaries to part-fund the ongoing projects: Amalfi, The Arcadian, and Varun. The rest will be used for general corporate purposes.
