How Can I Check the Juniper Green Energy IPO Allotment Status on BSE, NSE, Registrar, & Trading Platforms?
There are a few official ways to find out whether you've been allotted shares. The registrar's site, along with the BSE and NSE websites, are the most reliable sources. Most trading apps also pull this same data and show it within their IPO section, so you can check there too if that's more convenient.

Check Juniper Green Energy IPO Allotment Status via Registrar
KFin Technologies Ltd. is the registrar for this issue, and their site is usually the fastest to reflect the finalised allotment.
- Go to the official KFin Technologies IPO allotment status page.
- Select "Juniper Green Energy Limited" from the dropdown menu.
- Choose PAN, Application Number, or DP ID/Client ID as your verification method.
- Enter the relevant details and click "Submit" to view your allotment status.
A quick note: if you paid through UPI and your mandate got released, that on its own doesn't confirm whether you actually got shares. Always check your status directly on one of the three sources above to be sure.
Given how the subscription numbers played out, retail investors who applied are generally expected to receive the quantity they applied for, since the retail category closed below full subscription. QIB and NII applicants, on the other hand, should expect allotment to be proportionate or lottery-based given the much higher demand in those categories.
About Juniper Green Energy IPO
Incorporated in 2011 and headquartered in New Delhi, Juniper Green Energy is one of India's top 10 renewable energy independent power producers by capacity. The company develops, builds, and operates utility-scale solar, wind, hybrid, and battery energy storage projects, managing the entire project lifecycle in-house, from bidding and land acquisition to engineering, construction, and operations and maintenance. As of June 30, 2026, its total portfolio stood at 7,910.20 MW (10,247.06 MWp) across operational, under-construction, contracted, and awarded projects, with long-term power purchase agreements with government-backed entities like SECI, SJVN, NHPC, NTPC, and state utilities such as MSEDCL and GUVNL.
The IPO was worth ₹1,800 crore and was entirely a fresh issue, with no offer-for-sale component. That means the full amount raised goes directly into the business, none of it is an exit for existing shareholders. A significant share of the proceeds, over ₹1,400 crore, is earmarked for repaying or prepaying borrowings, both at the company level and at material subsidiaries.
The price band was set at ₹214 to ₹225 per share, with a lot size of 66 shares. At the upper end, retail investors needed ₹14,850 to apply for one lot, with a cap of 13 lots. The issue was open for bidding from July 30 to August 3, 2026, and closed with an overall subscription of around 8.38 times. The closing numbers reflected a sharp late surge in institutional interest, while retail demand stayed comparatively muted through the window. The company had also raised ₹539.40 crore from anchor investors on July 29, 2026, with participation from a mix of domestic mutual funds, insurers, sovereign wealth funds, and foreign investors.

Given how the categories closed, if you applied under QIB or NII, allotment chances are lower given how heavily those categories were subscribed, and you may receive only a partial allotment or none at all. Retail applicants, on the other hand, are generally expected to receive the full quantity they applied for, since that category closed below full subscription.
If you didn't get an allotment, the amount blocked in your account through ASBA or UPI will simply be released on August 5, there's no separate refund process to wait for since nothing was actually debited upfront. If you received a partial allotment, only the unused portion of the blocked amount gets released.
If you were allotted shares, they'll be credited to your demat account by August 5, a day ahead of listing. If you miss out on allotment altogether and still want in, you always have the option of buying the stock from the secondary market once it lists, based on your own view of the company's fundamentals rather than listing-day price movements alone.
