Hindustan Aeronautics Ltd (HAL), the Maharatna PSU, is set to reward shareholders once again in 2025. In a regulatory announcement made on June 19, the company stated that a board meeting will be held on June 27, 2025, to consider the recommendation of a final dividend for FY 2024–25.
On June 20, 2025, Hindustan Aeronautics Limited share price opened at ₹4,910 on NSE, above the previous close of ₹4,902.30. During the day, it surged to an intraday high of ₹4,939.20. As of 11:26 AM, the stock was seen trading with gains of 0.35% at ₹4,920.
HAL has a consistent record of rewarding its investors. As per BSE data, in 2024, HAL issued dividends of ₹13 and ₹22 per share. For the year 2023, the company paid ₹20 and ₹15 per equity share respectively. Additionally, in 2023, HAL also executed a stock split in the ratio of 2:1.
