Ardee Industries' IPO allotment is set to be finalised on August 10, 2026, three days after bidding closed on August 7. The issue closed as one of the most heavily oversubscribed mainboard IPOs of the current cycle. If you applied, here's a simple walkthrough of how to check your allotment status, along with what to expect next.
How Can I Check the Ardee Industries IPO Allotment Status on BSE, NSE, Registrar, & Trading Platforms?
There are a few official ways to find out whether you've been allotted shares. The registrar's site, along with the BSE and NSE websites, are the most reliable sources. Most trading apps also pull this same data and show it within their IPO section, so you can check there too if that's more convenient.

Check Ardee Industries IPO Allotment Status via Registrar
KFin Technologies Ltd. is the registrar for this issue, and their site is usually the fastest to reflect the finalised allotment.
- Go to https://ipostatus.kfintech.com/.
- Select "Ardee Industries Limited" from the IPO dropdown menu.
- Choose PAN, Application Number, or DP ID/Client ID as your verification method.
- Enter the relevant details and click "Submit" to view your allotment status.
A quick note: if you paid through UPI and your mandate got released, that on its own doesn't confirm whether you actually got shares. Always check your status directly on one of the three sources above to be sure.
Given the sheer scale of oversubscription here, allotment across every category, retail, NII, and QIB, will effectively be decided by a computerised lottery, since demand ran into multiples of the shares actually on offer in each segment. Getting an allotment, even for one lot, will largely come down to luck this time around.
About Ardee Industries IPO
Incorporated in 1993 and headquartered with a manufacturing facility in the Tirupati district of Andhra Pradesh, Ardee Industries is a prominent player in the sustainable recovery and recycling of end-of-life energy storage products and non-ferrous scrap. The company specialises in high-purity lead and specialised lead alloys, including lead calcium, lead antimony, lead tin, lead silver, and lead cadmium, used across the energy storage, e-mobility, automotive, and chemicals sectors, with an installed recycling capacity of 156,950 MTPA.
The IPO was worth ₹425.87 crore, made up of a fresh issue of ₹320 crore and an offer for sale of ₹105.87 crore by promoters Sandeep Aggarwal and Nikunj Aggarwal. Of the fresh issue proceeds, the bulk was earmarked for funding incremental working capital requirements, repaying or prepaying certain outstanding borrowings, and general corporate purposes.
The price band was set at ₹50 to ₹53 per share, with a lot size of 281 shares. At the upper end, retail investors needed ₹14,893 to apply for one lot.

What Happens Once Ardee Industries IPO Allotment is Out?
| Event | Date |
| Basis of Allotment Finalised | August 10, 2026 |
| Refunds for Unsuccessful Applicants | August 11, 2026 |
| Shares Credited to Demat Account | August 11, 2026 |
| Listing Date | August 12, 2026 |
Given how heavily oversubscribed this issue was, at nearly 139 times overall, allotment chances are extremely slim for most applicants, and missing out entirely will be common across all categories, including retail, even for those who applied for multiple lots. This is a natural outcome of SEBI's lottery-based allotment process for severely oversubscribed issues and isn't cause for concern.
If you didn't get an allotment, the amount blocked in your account through ASBA or UPI will simply be released on August 11, there's no separate refund process to wait for since nothing was actually debited upfront. If you received a partial allotment, only the unused portion of the blocked amount gets released.
If you were allotted shares, they'll be credited to your demat account by August 11, a day ahead of listing. If you miss out on allotment altogether and still want in, you can consider buying the stock from the secondary market once it lists, but it's worth evaluating the company's valuation and business fundamentals at that point, rather than making a decision based purely on listing-day price movements or the scale of oversubscription seen during bidding.
