Blue Cloud Softech Solutions Limited (BCSSL), a leading provider of AI-driven enterprise and cybersecurity systems, has announced two major strategic developments in November 2025. The company has simultaneously secured a significant defense cybersecurity contract and entered a landmark Technology Ownership Transfer (ToT) agreement aimed at developing advanced semiconductor manufacturing capabilities in India.
Together, these initiatives mark BCSSL’s commitment to strengthening indigenous technology innovation while deepening its footprint in international defense systems.
On November 4, 2025, BCSSL signed a Technology Ownership Transfer (ToT) agreement with an Israel-based technology firm, valued at approximately $150 million. This collaboration focuses on the co-development of cutting-edge EdgeAI chips—semiconductors designed for Artificial Intelligence of Things (AIoT) and industrial automation. The agreement includes a five-year strategic investment plan covering technology integration, product design, and manufacturing setup in India, while ensuring shared revenue for hardware design and IP rights.
The ToT structure grants BCSSL complete ownership of the developed technology and associated intellectual property within India. The Israel firm will contribute the core chip design and hardware architecture, while BCSSL will focus on developing the entire software ecosystem—system firmware, AI middleware, and application frameworks. This move reinforces India’s “Aatma Nirbhar Bharat” vision, promoting self-reliance in semiconductor design and production. The company is in talks with major Indian semiconductor manufacturers to begin domestic fabrication, ensuring full local value creation.
BCSSL Chairman Janaki Yarlagadda described the USD 150 million ToT as a “defining moment” for the company, enabling India to build sovereign semiconductor capabilities by merging Israel’s chip design expertise with BCSSL’s AI software strengths. The resulting EdgeAI platform will serve industrial automation, defense, and critical infrastructure requirements.
The newly developed EdgeAI chip platform is engineered for high-performance computing in defense and industrial environments, capable of real-time intelligence processing close to the source.
Key features include:
This project will also advance BCSSL’s ongoing USD 15 million collaboration with Byte Eclipse for deploying EdgeAI chip integration in the Oil & Gas sector, addressing broader industrial and defense AIoT applications.
Earlier, on November 2, 2025, BCSSL announced securing a USD 9.63 million contract with Axiom Vortex Inc., a US-based defense technology firm. The project involves deploying turnkey Endpoint Detection & Response (EDR) and AI-Agentic Perimeter Security solutions for defense clients across Africa and the Middle East. Implementation is scheduled over 15 months, reinforcing BCSSL’s growing presence in global defense cybersecurity.
The partnership combines BCSSL’s advanced Operational Technology (OT) Security Platform with Axiom Vortex’s military-grade cryptographic technology. The solution integrates EDR, NDR, and XDR systems within an AI-driven Agentic Perimeter Defense framework. It provides proactive, real-time threat detection and rapid response across IT, OT, and communication layers in defense infrastructures.
A unique element of BCSSL’s OT platform is its Digital Twin Simulation capability, which allows for dynamic modeling of cyber threats and vulnerability assessment across critical command, control, and communication systems. Chairman Janaki Yarlagadda described the collaboration as a “bold leap” in redefining defense cybersecurity through AI-based integration and operational resilience.
On Tuesday, Blue Cloud Softech Solutions share price jumped over 13% as the company signed a Technology Ownership Transfer (ToT) agreement with an Israel-based technology firm. As of 12:32 pm IST, the stock price was trading at ₹33.64 per share, up by 12.86%. The company's share price surged over 40% in the last 5 days
