I’m happy to share two ideas from our research team that have become products which can deliver tangible benefits for our clients.
Each morning, our research team puts out a short, crisp podcast in both English and Hindi. These 4 to 5 minute conversations distil the day’s key market headlines that can be adapted for action during market hours. I’ve been hearing them daily while I have my first cup of tea every morning and I find them simple, sharp and genuinely useful. (https://lnkd.in/db8_imFj)
Quite often, investors identify a theme with potential and then struggle to actually pick stocks to leverage that thematic conviction. To make investing simpler for such people, our research desk has designed curated baskets—theme based portfolios wherein stocks and their weights are determined by our analysts. On the Ventura app today, clients can choose from five baskets, invest via a single order, and let the model do the heavy lifting. So, this product has simplified execution, tracking and rebalancing too. I’m eager to see how this product fares with our clients—and I’m also looking forward to seeing which new baskets our research team will roll out next.
Both these products are practical tools that can empower clients and truly add substance to what research means in a broking house. Kudos to Vinit Bolinjkar and his team for taking them from concept to client!
