BLS International completes 100% acquisition of Beijing Biaoshi Enterprise

BLS International Services has successfully acquired 100% equity in Beijing Biaoshi Enterprise, enhancing its presence in the Chinese market.

BLS International Services Limited, through its step-down subsidiary BLS International Services Singapore PTE Limited, has completed the acquisition of Beijing Biaoshi Enterprise Consulting Corporation Limited. The acquisition was finalised following the receipt of necessary approvals from the State Administration for Market Regulation in China (SAMR).

The company disclosed the completion of the acquisition in compliance with Regulation 30 of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (SEBI) Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements (LODR) Regulations, 2015.
