What should I do if my account is locked?

If your account is locked, there is a cool-off period of 10 minutes. Post these 10 minutes, you can try logging into your account again.

Alternatively, you can unlock your account instantly by clicking on “Forgot PIN”, and setting a new 4 digit numeric PIN.
