Winsol Engineers Limited, a renewable and transmission infrastructure solutions provider, announced on July 14, 2025, that it has received a major order worth approximately ₹21.60 crore from Adani Green Energy Limited. The order comprises both service and purchase components and relates to the establishment of a 33KV transmission line for a 300.5 MW Wind Power Project at Mundra, Gujarat.
As per regulatory filing, the company received two service orders totalling approximately Rs 9.49 crore and a purchase order worth approximately ₹12.11 crore. The combined value of the orders stands at ₹21,60,85,706 (₹21.6 crore), excluding GST.
The purchase order includes the supply of materials, packing, forwarding, freight, and transit insurance on a Delivered at Place (DAP) basis. The service orders cover the entire scope of work, including material receipt, unloading, erection, testing, commissioning, and civil works. It also includes right-of-way (ROW) arrangements and crop compensation.
All works are scheduled to be completed by December 31, 2025. Winsol will execute this project in phases, with specific ETC (erection, testing, commissioning) targets to be completed within 14 weeks from the date of Notice to Proceed (NTP).
For the quarter ended March 2025, Winsol Engineers Ltd reported strong year-on-year growth in both revenue and profit. Revenue from operations stood at ₹69.60 crore, reflecting a 56.05% increase compared to ₹44.60 crore in the same quarter of the previous year. Profit after tax for the quarter rose to ₹5.74 crore, up by 12.87% from ₹5.08 crore in March 2024, indicating stable operational efficiency.
On an annual basis, the company reported revenue from operations of ₹111.42 crore for FY25, marking a 42.75% increase over ₹78.05 crore in FY24. Profit after tax stood at ₹11.79 crore, up 29.73% compared to ₹9.09 crore in the previous year.
On Tuesday, July 15, the Winsol Engineers share price of was trading in negative territory. As of 02:30 pm IST, the stock price was trading at ₹218 per share, down by 0.18%.
