The project was awarded to a consortium comprising SPML Infra Limited and JWIL Infra Limited, with the consortium successfully emerging as the lowest bidder and receiving the Letter of Acceptance (LoA). SPML Infra Limited holds a 26% share in the consortium, while JWIL Infra Limited holds 74%.

This comprehensive project is designed to strengthen water infrastructure in the region and involves several critical components.
