In October 2024, the company issued 12.56 crore warrants aggregating ₹3,014.40 crore, under SEBI (ICDR) Regulations. These warrants required a minimum upfront payment of 25%, with the remaining 75% due within 18 months. Fully paid-up warrants are convertible into an equivalent number of equity shares.
Through the accelerated conversion process, the company has now allotted 1.25 crore equity shares to Risee Infinity Private Limited, a promoter group entity.
