Kolte-Patil Developers surged over 9% after reporting a 252% YoY rise in FY25 EBITDA. The company achieved a record total income of ₹1,764 crore and collections of ₹2,432 crore, supported by strong execution, higher realisations, and strategic project acquisitions.
The shares of Kolte-Patil Developers Ltd zoomed over 9% in the early trade as the company announced strong financial results for the fourth quarter and full year ended March 31, 2025. As of 9:40 am IST, the stock was trading at ₹409.15, up by 5.13%. On a YTD basis, the stock is up by 15.06%.
The company achieved its highest-ever annual total income and collections in FY25. The Pune-based real estate developer, with a growing presence in Mumbai and Bengaluru, reported a significant increase in its EBITDA for FY25.
For the full fiscal year 2025, Kolte-Patil Developers Ltd. achieved a total income of ₹1,763.7 crore, marking a 26.5% year-on-year (YoY) growth compared to ₹1,394.8 crore in FY24. Annual collections reached an all-time high of ₹2,432 crore, an 18% increase from ₹2,070 crore in FY24.
The company's EBITDA for FY25 stood at ₹227.4 crore, demonstrating a substantial 252% YoY growth from ₹64.6 crore in FY24. This resulted in an EBITDA margin of 12.9% for FY25, a significant improvement from 4.6% in the previous fiscal year.
Net profit (post-MI) for FY25 was reported at ₹106.6 crore, compared to a loss of ₹69.4 crore in FY24, with a PAT margin of 6%.
In the fourth quarter of FY25, total income was ₹723.2 crore, a 37% increase from ₹527.7 crore in Q4 FY24. Q4 FY25 EBITDA was ₹111.9 crore, a notable improvement from a negative EBITDA of ₹8.7 crore in Q4 FY24. Net profit (post-MI*) for Q4 FY25 was ₹65.3 crore, against a loss of ₹27.1 crore in the same period last year.

Operationally, FY25 sales value was ₹2,791 crore. While new area sales value saw a slight decrease of 1% YoY to ₹2,791 crore in FY25 from ₹2,822 crore in FY24, the realisation per square foot increased by 8% to ₹7,758 from ₹7,193. Sales volume for FY25 was 3.60 million square feet. The company launched projects with a Gross Development Value (GDV) of approximately ₹4,000 crore in FY25. Additionally, Kolte-Patil Developers Ltd. acquired a 22-acre joint development project in Pune with an expected GDV of approximately ₹4,000 crore.

The company is in the real estate business (Residential & Commercial) with a dominant presence in Pune and a growing presence in Mumbai and Bengaluru. The company markets its projects under two brands: ' Kolte-Patil’ (addressing the mid-income segment) and ‘24K’ (addressing the premium luxury segment).
