BLS International Services has successfully acquired 100% equity in Beijing Biaoshi Enterprise, enhancing its presence in the Chinese market.

BLS International Services Limited, through its step-down subsidiary BLS International Services Singapore PTE Limited, has completed the acquisition of Beijing Biaoshi Enterprise Consulting Corporation Limited. The acquisition was finalised following the receipt of necessary approvals from the State Administration for Market Regulation in China (SAMR).

Regulatory compliance and disclosure

The company disclosed the completion of the acquisition in compliance with Regulation 30 of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (SEBI) Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements (LODR) Regulations, 2015. The acquisition aligns with BLS International's strategy to expand its global footprint and enhance service offerings.

Strategic significance of the acquisition

Beijing Biaoshi Enterprise is a company incorporated under Chinese law. The acquisition is expected to strengthen BLS International's position in the Chinese market and broaden its service capabilities.

Initially, the acquisition was announced on November 26, 2024, with an expected completion by March 31, 2025. However, due to pending regulatory approvals, the completion was deferred to June 30, 2025.
