Below are the key highlights of its quarterly results
ACME Solar Holdings delivered an impressive financial performance for the first quarter of FY26, marked by strong revenue growth and exceptional profitability.
The company's total revenue for Q1FY26 surged by 71.8% year-on-year to ₹584 crore, driven primarily by capacity additions and improved Capacity Utilisation Factor (CUF). This operational strength was reflected in a sharp 107.1% increase in power generation, which rose to 1,636 million units (MUs) during the quarter.
Earnings before interest, tax, depreciation, and amortisation (EBITDA) also witnessed robust growth, rising 75.7% YoY to ₹531 crore. As a result, the EBITDA margin improved to 90.9%, up from 88.8% in the same period last year. The improvement in margins was attributed to favourable operating leverage and better operational efficiency.
Profit After Tax (PAT) saw an extraordinary jump of 9,318.6% YoY, reaching ₹131 crore in Q1 FY26, compared to ₹1.4 crore in Q1FY25. Consequently, the PAT margin stood at 22.4% for the quarter, underlining the company’s significantly enhanced profitability.
The management credited this strong financial performance to the successful scaling of its operations and strategic efficiency measures, positioning Acme Solar for continued growth in the renewable energy sector.
In Q1 FY26, ACME Solar commissioned 350 MW of new capacity, including 300 MW at Acme Sikar (solar), contracted with SECI, and 50 MW at Acme Pokhran (wind), contracted with GUVNL.
