Pavna Industries Ltd is engaged in the business of manufacturing a wide range of reliable and high-quality automotive parts for reputed OEMs serving different vehicle segments, including passenger vehicles, two-wheelers, three-wheelers, heavy and light commercial vehicles, and off-road vehicles. The company will undergo a stock split, changing the face value of its shares from ₹10 to ₹1. This means each existing share of ₹10 face value will be divided into 10 shares of ₹1 face value each.
Deepak Fertilisers & Petrochemicals Corporation Ltd is in the business of fertilisers, agri services, bulk chemicals, mining chemicals and real estate.
