Its portfolio spans edible oils (crude oils, refined oils, vanaspati, bakery fats and seed extractions), a broad range of food products (including nutraceuticals, biscuits, noodles, breakfast cereals and textured soya protein), and non-food categories across home care, skin care, dental care and hair care, alongside wind-based power generation. The Company serves customers across India and also sells in foreign markets, as indicated by domestic and export revenue reported for the latest year.
A key milestone in FY 2024–25 was the completion of a Rs 1,100 crore acquisition of a well-established HPC business, bringing manufacturing assets, distribution infrastructure and experienced talent, and positioning the Company for enhanced growth. In line with this, effective November 1, 2024, the Company reported a new segment, Home & Personal Care, and renamed “Food & FMCG” to “Food & Other FMCG”. As on March 31, 2025, Patanjali Foods had two wholly owned subsidiaries (WOS).
