A Meeting of the Board of Directors is scheduled to be held on Thursday, August 14, 2025. The primary agenda for this meeting is to consider and approve the Unaudited Financial Results (Standalone and Consolidated) for the First Quarter Ended June 30, 2025. The Board may also address any other matter with the permission of the Chair.
On Tuesday, Shalimar Agencies' share price was locked in the 2% upper circuit on August 14 as of 10:47 am IST.
The share price has jumped from ₹4.60 per share to ₹38.70 per share, surging 741.30% in a year.
