Sri Adhikari Brothers Television Network Limited, proposed to be renamed as Aqylon Nexus Limited, announced the execution of an MoU with the Government of Telangana on December 9, 2025, for a major infrastructure project.
The agreement outlines the development of a 50 MW AI & Hyperscale Green Data Centre Campus, backed by a planned investment of ₹4,000 crore in the state.
The upcoming data centre campus will span 20 acres at Fab City, Tukkuguda, designated specifically for establishing this advanced green data centre facility.
The MoU remains valid for two years from December 9, 2025, with the option for either party to terminate the agreement by giving 30 days’ written notice.
Earlier on Monday, November 24, Sri Adhikari Brothers Television Network Limited initiated a major rebranding, with the Board approving a proposal to rename the company as “Aqylon Nexus Limited” or any other name cleared by the MCA’s CRC. The change, along with an updated Main Object Clause in the MOA, has been placed before shareholders via Postal Ballot.
The revised object clause reflects a shift toward advanced technology, including AI, ML, Deep Learning, NLP, Computer Vision, Robotics, Data Science, and related solutions, along with AI-powered products, automation tools, analytics platforms, and consultancy services.
The Board has also cleared a proposal to establish a 50 MW AI & Green Data Centre Campus in Telangana, which signed on December 9, 2025.
Sri Adhikari Brothers Television Network share price jumped by 2.23% on Thursday to close at ₹1,583.40 per share. The stock price is 28% down from its 52-week high, but it has given multibagger 143% returns in the last 6 months. On a year-to-date basis, the stock price is up by 6%.
