Q4 FY26 Earnings Season Begins This Week – At Least Nine Companies Set to Declare Quarterly Numbers Between April 6 and April 9

Quarterly Results on April 9, 2026

Tata Consultancy Services will declare its Q4 FY26 results on April 9 after market hours. The earnings conference call is scheduled for 7 PM the same evening. The board will also consider recommending a final dividend for FY2025-26. The results follow a difficult December quarter in which the company reported a 13.91% decline in profit to ₹10,657 crore, partly due to a one-time impact from new labour codes. The company has also been through a period of workforce reduction, cutting over 31,000 employees across the September and December quarters. Senior-level attrition has climbed to around 16%, which is significantly higher than the 4% to 5% annual churn the company has historically seen.

Anand Rathi Wealth will also report on April 9, with the board set to consider a final dividend alongside the results. Through the first nine months of FY26, the company posted PAT growth of 29% year on year to ₹294 crore, while assets under management reached ₹99,008 crore, a 30% increase over the same period last year. The Q4 numbers will show whether the company has met its full year revenue guidance of ₹1,175 crore and PAT guidance of ₹375 crore.

GM Breweries is also on the list for April 9. The Mumbai-based company manufactures and markets alcoholic beverages, including Country Liquor and Indian Made Foreign Liquor. In Q3 FY26, net profit grew over 91% to ₹42.01 crore and revenue from operations rose 25.5% to ₹808.62 crore. The board will also take up the question of a dividend for FY2025-26.

PAE Limited, which manufactures and sells lead storage batteries, will also declare its Q4 results on April 9.

Quarterly Results Announcements Between April 6 to April 8, 2026

Earlier in the week, Globe Commercials, a commodities trading solutions provider, Ikoma Technologies, an Infrastructure as a Service company, and Sterling Powergensys, an engineering firm, will all report on April 6. Textile company Alka India reports on April 7, followed by non-deposit-taking NBFC Jindal Leasefin on April 8.

Looking Ahead

ICICI Prudential Asset Management Company has scheduled a board meeting on April 13 to declare its Q4 FY26 earnings. The broader earnings season continues through the rest of April, with TCS results on Thursday likely setting the tone for the IT sector.
