Hindustan Unilever Limited (HUL) has announced that its Board of Directors will meet on  February 12, 2026, to consider the Unaudited Standalone and Consolidated Financial Results for the quarter and nine months ended 31st December 2025, along with the auditors’ limited review report. 

Q2 FY26 Financial Performance Snapshot

HUL has delivered steady quarterly performance over the past year. For the quarter ended September 2025, the company reported revenue of ₹16,061 crore, up by 2% from ₹15,729 crore in the corresponding quarter last year. Net profit also improved year-on-year to ₹2,694 crore, compared with ₹2,595 crore in September 2024, witha jump of 4% YoY.

Hindustan Unilever Annual Financial Performance

On an annual basis, Hindustan Unilever has maintained a consistent growth trajectory. FY2025 revenue rose to ₹63,121 crore, marking a 2% increase over FY2024. Net profit climbed to ₹10,671 crore, registering a 3.82% year-on-year growth.

The company’s return on equity (ROE) strengthened to 20.7% in FY2025, underlining efficient capital utilisation. Notably, HUL continues to operate with zero debt, reinforcing its strong balance sheet and financial stability.
