B. L. Kashyap and Sons has bagged a ₹510 crores residential construction contract from Fidato Buildcon for the Fidato City Homes project in Faridabad.
B. L. Kashyap and Sons Limited has announced that it has secured a major contract worth ₹510 crores from Fidatocity Homes Private Limited. The contract pertains to the construction of the Fidatocity Homes residential project in Sector 81, Faridabad, Haryana.
The scope of work includes the civil structure and finishing for multiple residential towers, along with associated infrastructure development. As per the company's exchange filing, the project is expected to be executed over a span of 39 months from the date of commencement.
With this development, the total order book of B. L. Kashyap and Sons now stands at approximately ₹3,051 crores. The company continues to maintain a diversified portfolio across residential, commercial, and institutional segments, strengthening its foothold in the North Indian construction market.
Details of the residential project
The Fidato City Homes project will consist of high-rise apartment towers aimed at providing quality residential living in the growing urban corridor of Faridabad. The development will feature contemporary architecture, sustainable infrastructure, and modern amenities. B. L. Kashyap and Sons will be responsible for the complete civil and finishing works, ensuring timely delivery as part of the contractual terms.
