The dividend will be paid to shareholders whose names appear on the record date, August 18, 2025. As of August 14, the stock is trading close to its 52-week low of ₹344.20.
  • Power Finance Corporation Limited (PFC), a Schedule-A Maharatna CPSE under the Ministry of Power, is India’s largest government-owned NBFC. The company has a healthy dividend payout ratio of 22.4%. It will pay an interim dividend of ₹3.7 per share on a face value of ₹10 to shareholders whose names appear on the record date, August 18, 2025.

  • Algoquant Fintech Ltd is set to offer a double benefit to its shareholders as it has announced both a stock split and a bonus issue. The stock split will change the face value from ₹2 to ₹1 per share (ex-date). This means that for every one share of ₹2 face value you hold, you will receive two shares of ₹1 face value. Additionally, the company has declared a bonus issue in the ratio of 8:1, granting shareholders eight extra shares for every one share held.

  • Natco Pharma has established itself as a leading pharmaceutical company with a presence in both formulations and APIs, catering to domestic as well as export markets. The stock has fallen by more than 7% so far in August. However, a respite for shareholders comes in the form of an interim dividend of ₹2 per share on a face value of ₹2, for those holding shares as of the record date, August 19, 2025. The share price has been on a decline following the company’s Q1FY26 earnings, which reported a drop in profit.
  • Power Grid Corporation of India Ltd will give a final dividend of ₹1.25 per share on the face value of ₹10. On August 11, Power Grid Corporation of India accepted bids worth ₹5,000 crore ($570.74 million) for bonds maturing in 10 years.

Senco Gold Ltd’s Q1 net profit rose to ₹104.6 crore from ₹51.3 crore last year, with revenue up 30% to ₹1,826.2 crore, driven by strong retail sales and operational efficiency.

  • Josts Engineering Company Ltd will open a Rights Issue of equity shares on the same record date. The rights issue is to open on August 29, 2025 and will close on September 9, 2025. The Josts Engineering Rights issue record date is August 20, 2025. 

The company is to offer 18,50,000 equity shares at a price of ₹270 per share. The Josts Engineering Rights issue size will be ₹49.95 Crores. The entitlement ratio is 5:27, 5 rights shares for every 27 fully-paid equity shares held on the record date.

  • Relaxo Footwears Ltd will pay a final dividend of ₹3 per share on the face value of ₹1 for shareholders on the same record date. The stock price has seen a 45% decline in the last 12 months due to weak consumer demand.
  • Rail Vikas Nigam Ltd will give a final dividend of ₹1.72 per share on the face value of ₹10. The share price of the company is trading near a 52-week low, and has declined 43% in the last 12 months.

  • Dev Information Technology Ltd will undergo a stock split from a face value of ₹5 to ₹2 per share. This means before the split, if you hold 100 shares with a face value of ₹5 each, priced at ₹250, your total investment is ₹25,000.

  • Indigo Paints Ltd will give a final dividend of ₹3.5 per share on the face value of ₹10. Crude-sensitive company Indigo Paints' stock price has seen a decline since its listing on February 1, 2021. The stock price is 35% down from its 52-week high and 67% down from its all-time high.
  • Indian Railway Catering and Tourism Corporation Ltd (IRCTC) will give a final dividend of ₹1 per share on the face value of ₹2. In the Q1FY26 results, the company reported consolidated net profit rose 7.5% YoY to ₹330.7 crore, while revenue grew 3.8% to ₹1,159.7 crore.
