A successful referral is one where the referred person opens an account with Ventura using the referral link or QR code.

Go to Ventura mobile app / trading platform and Click on ‘Refer and Earn’ section. If you are eligible then you will be able to see the scanner and referral link for sharing

Yes, maximum of 6 successful referrals per month would be considered

Payouts of referrals will be processed within T+2 months to your bank account linked with the trading/demat account, once the referred person’s account is activated (i.e., upon successful Demat and Trading account opening).

A Referrer is an existing client of Ventura, who refers to a friend/family for opening an account with Ventura. A Referee is a person being referred to open an account with Ventura

No, the client cannot give a reference if he/she does not have an account with Ventura. Client code is mandatory for referring

*Terms of Use
  • Earn ₹300 for every successful referral when your friend opens a Ventura account using your unique referral link.
  • The referred person must open their account and log in to the Ventura app within 30 days of being referred and only via your link. Referrals without the link won’t be eligible.
  • The referrer will get up to ₹1,800 referral amount in one month.
  • Any person who is already registered as a lead with us, but completes the account opening journey using the link will not be eligible.
  • If someone is referred by multiple people, only the first referrer gets the reward.
  • The mobile number used for referral and account opening must match.
  • Accounts opened with incomplete, incorrect, or mismatched details will not qualify.
  • Referrer must be an active client of Ventura, as defined by the exchange.
  • Offer cannot be clubbed with other promotions during account opening.
  • Payouts will be made within T+2 months of the referred person’s account activation (i.e., successful Demat & Trading account opening).
  • All payouts are subject to 5% TDS and applicable taxes. No extra GST or taxes will be reimbursed.
  • No reward will be paid if the referred account is closed or deactivated.
  • Referrer must obtain consent before sharing a referral’s details.
  • Referrer must not provide financial advice, manage portfolios, or spam referral codes publicly.
  • This Referral scheme does not apply to:
    • Ventura, its Associates, Group companies, and their respective employees including their family members.
    • Authorized persons, Business Associates, and their respective employees, dependents, and clients mapped under them.
    • Any other person/group/entity/category of clients as decided by VSL from time to time at its discretion.
  • Program is open only to resident individuals with an active Ventura account. (NRIs, minors & non-individuals are excluded).
  • Ventura reserves the right to modify, amend, or update these Terms & Conditions at its sole discretion, without prior notice.
  • Ventura reserves the right to disqualify any Referrer from the benefits of the Program on reasonable grounds or if any fraudulent activity/malpractice is identified as being carried out for the purpose of availing benefits under the Program. 
  • In case of disputes, Ventura’s decision will be final and binding.
  • Effective from July 1, 2026.
