Abha Power and Steel Limited was incorporated as ‘Abha Power and Steel Private Limited’, a private limited company under the Companies Act, 1956, pursuant to a certificate of incorporation dated May 27, 2004, issued by the Registrar of Companies, Chhattisgarh.
