SAMHI Hotels Limited is a hotel development and investment company focused on operating internationally branded hotels across key Indian cities. Incorporated on December 28, 2010, the Company was listed on the NSE and BSE on September 22, 2023, and is headquartered in New Delhi with a corporate office in Gurugram. As of FY 2025, SAMHI is among India’s largest multi-branded hotel owners by inventory, with a portfolio of 32 operating hotels and 4,948 keys across 14 key cities, partnered with global operators such as Marriott, Hyatt and IHG.
