Pricol Limited is an automotive technology and precision-engineered products company headquartered in Coimbatore, India. The business commenced operations in 1975 and the present listed entity was incorporated on 2011, evolving into a preferred partner to leading automotive OEMs worldwide through product and process innovation and a customer-centric approach. Its operations are organised into three verticals: Driver Information and Connected Vehicle Solutions (DICVS), Actuation Control and Fluid Management Systems (ACFMS), and Precision Products. The company supplies more than 5,200 product variants across Two/Three-Wheelers, Passenger Vehicles, Commercial Vehicles and Off-Highway Vehicles in India and international markets.

Pricol and its subsidiaries operate 14 manufacturing plants across India (including Coimbatore, Manesar, Pantnagar, Pune, Sricity, Hosur, Oragadam, Nalagarh, Mysuru, Bhiwadi and Sanand), one plant in Indonesia, and three international offices in Dubai, Tokyo and Singapore. The company serves customers in 24 States and 3 Union Territories in India and across 22 countries globally. As at March 31, 2025, the Group had three subsidiaries and one step-down subsidiary.

• Strategic expansion in plastics: Through its wholly-owned subsidiary, Pricol Precision Products Private Limited (P3L), the company acquired the Injection Moulded Plastic Component Solutions Division of Sundaram Auto Components Limited on a slump sale basis; the acquisition was completed on January 31, 2025, strengthening product diversification and manufacturing depth . During the year, the company infused Rs 120.15 crore as equity into P3L and provided a corporate guarantee of Rs 230 crore; the subsidiary commenced operations in this business on February 1, 2025.
• Portfolio optimisation: Plant 12, which housed the wiping business division, was sold to Auto Ignition Limited under a Business Transfer Agreement as a going concern on January 31, 2025.
• Operational upgrades: Six new machines were commissioned in the Plastic Component Manufacturing Shop, two SMT lines continued with upgraded capabilities, and a dedicated assembly line for Water Pumps and Oil Pump manufacturing was scaled to meet demand.
• Recognitions: Pricol was named among the “Top 75 Innovative Companies” by CII (Industrial Innovation Award 2024); it also won the ACMA-AMF Cluster Star Performer Award 2025. Customer recognitions included awards from Tata Motors (Sustainability Excellence), Suzuki Motorcycle India (Best Delivery Management and Financial Prudence), Daimler Trucks (Quality – Zero PPM & 100% Delivery), TVS Motor (Best Reliability – BLDC Fuel Pump Module), and MIWA (First Place – Sustainability, Environment, Social, and Innovation).
