Pricol Limited is an automotive technology and precision-engineered products company headquartered in Coimbatore, India. The business commenced operations in 1975 and the present listed entity was incorporated on 2011, evolving into a preferred partner to leading automotive OEMs worldwide through product and process innovation and a customer-centric approach.   • Strategic expansion in plastics: Through its wholly-owned subsidiary, Pricol Precision Products Private Limited (P3L), the company acquired the Injection Moulded Plastic Component Solutions Division of Sundaram Auto Components Limited on a slump sale basis; the acquisition was completed on January 31, 2025, strengthening product diversification and manufacturing depth . During the year, the company infused Rs 120.15 crore as equity into P3L and provided a corporate guarantee of Rs 230 crore; the subsidiary commenced operations in this business on February 1, 2025.
  • Portfolio optimisation: Plant 12, which housed the wiping business division, was sold to Auto Ignition Limited under a Business Transfer Agreement as a going concern on January 31, 2025.
