Narayana Hrudayalaya Limited (Narayana Health) is an Indian healthcare services company incorporated in 2000, operating multi-specialty hospitals, heart centres, clinics and dialysis facilities across India and overseas. Its core offerings include hospital care services delivered through a network model, and the sale of medical consumables and drugs within its ecosystem . The Company’s footprint spans 11 States in India—across the Western (Ahmedabad, Mumbai), Karnataka (Bengaluru, Mysore, Davangere, Dharwad, Kolar, Shimoga), Eastern (Guwahati, Jamshedpur, Kolkata, Raipur) and Northern (Jaipur, Delhi, Gurugram, Katra) regions—along with two owned and operated hospitals in the Cayman Islands . As on March 31, 2025, the Company had 19 owned/operated hospitals, 2 heart centres and 18 clinics and dialysis centres in India, reflecting an end-to-end presence from preventive to complex tertiary care . The Group comprised 15 subsidiaries and 1 associate company as at March 31, 2025 .

Narayana Health has recorded notable clinical milestones, including Karnataka’s first ankle replacement and India’s first knee replacement using the smallest 3D-printed patient-specific implant. It also performed a pioneering radiofrequency ablation for a foetus with congenital heart disease at 22 weeks’ gestation, enabling full-term delivery . In cardiac sciences, its teams conducted 35,000+ diagnostics, 18,500+ interventions, 16,500+ surgeries, and 5,000+ electrophysiology procedures, with 300+ robotic cardiac surgeries at Narayana Institute of Cardiac Sciences, Narayana Health City, and crossed 5,000 cumulative cardiac surgeries at Narayana Hospital Howrah . Neurosciences achievements included Rajasthan’s first Deep Brain Stimulation, a rare mechanical thrombectomy on an ECMO-supported patient at R N Tagore, and more than 100 epilepsy surgeries at SRCC Children’s Hospital, Mumbai; oncology and orthopaedics saw 8,500+ and 13,000+ surgeries respectively .
