The Company operates one plant and three offices in India and two overseas offices which serve all Indian States/UTs and eight international countries as of March 31, 2025. The Company demonstrates its commitment to indigenous R&D and IP creation through its 1,000+ worldwide training system deliveries and ~85 granted patents. The Group operated eight subsidiaries and one associate during the period ending March 31 2025 although subsidiary names remain undisclosed. The company achieved two major milestones through strategic acquisitions that entered naval simulation and strengthened unmanned and autonomous systems capabilities while securing substantial funding for expansion. The company received a major capital increase to support its growth initiatives.
