About Westlife Foodworld Limited

Westlife Foodworld Limited (formerly Westlife Development Ltd.) operates McDonald’s restaurants throughout West and South India through its subsidiary under a master franchise agreement with McDonald’s Corporation USA. The Company established itself in 1982 to create a strong quick service restaurant (QSR) network which delivers convenience and value to Indian consumers through consistent service. The first McDonald’s restaurant in India launched in Bandra during 1996 to begin its Western Indian operations before expanding into the Southern region.

The restaurant chain operates through dine-in and takeaway services and delivery and Drive-Thru options backed by Experience of the Future (EOTF) stores and self-order kiosks and digital platform capabilities. The Company achieved two major milestones during FY 2024-25 by opening 47 new restaurants and reaching its 100th Drive-Thru location while continuing to introduce modern restaurant formats and guest experience improvements. The company operates 438 restaurants throughout West and South India to serve its customer base.

The Company maintains its focus on menu development and price optimization while using technology to achieve quick service delivery. The company generates 75% of its sales through digital channels while processing more than 150 million orders throughout the previous three years. The company maintains more than 11,100 employees throughout its operations as of March 31, 2025. The Company operates through two subsidiaries.
