The Indian public company Schneider Electric Infrastructure Limited (SEIL) was established on March 12, 2011, and is listed on both the National Stock Exchange of India Limited and BSE Limited. The headquarters of SEIL is located at Milestone 87 in Vadodara, Gujarat and it manufactures, designs, builds and services technologically advanced products and systems for electricity distribution, including distribution transformers, medium voltage switchgear, protection relays, and electricity distribution and automation equipment. Its product range includes transformers, medium voltage switchgear, protection relays, distribution management systems, and next-generation smart grid solutions (such as self-healing networks and E-Houses), with digital capabilities delivered via the EcoStruxure platform .

 

SEIL operates three state-of-the-art manufacturing facilities in Vadodara (Gujarat) and Kolkata (West Bengal), with a new facility being established at Dankuni, Hooghly, West Bengal. SEIL provides products and services to Indian customers across 28 states and 6 Union Territories, besides exporting to 44 countries; exports comprised 15% of total turnover in the latest year reported. SEIL does not have any subsidiary, associate or joint venture and is not required to prepare consolidated financial statements.

 

The latest year has seen SEIL achieve the highest ever revenue and profit since its inception and record high free cash flow, demonstrating strong execution and cash discipline.
