Reliance Infrastructure Limited (Reliance Infra) is one of India’s foremost infrastructure conglomerates. Incorporated in October 1929 under the Companies Act, 1913, the Company operates through a diversified network of Special Purpose Vehicles across power, roads, metro rail, airports and defence, with an engineering, procurement and construction (EPC) arm delivering turnkey solutions across power, transportation and infrastructure projects.
