It develops and constructs infrastructure across highways, expressways, bridges, runways, water supply, irrigation, industrial area development, railways and transmission lines in India.

PNC Infratech has delivered 90 major projects across 13 Indian states and is executing 20 major projects currently.

As on March 31, 2025, it had one direct subsidiary and thirty step-down subsidiaries; after year-end, it acquired 74% of PW Infratech Private Limited, resulting in a joint venture.
