Minda Corporation Limited, incorporated in 1985, is the flagship company of Spark Minda and a leading Indian automotive components manufacturer with a pan-India presence and significant international footprint. The Company operates across six countries with 32 manufacturing facilities, supported by over 18,000 employees, two advanced R&D centres and seven engineering centres staffed by 900+ engineers . Its portfolio spans mechatronics and vehicle access systems, wiring harnesses and electrical distribution systems, driver information systems and sensors, die-casting components, and electric-vehicle and electronics solutions such as DC-DC converters, chargers and telematics units  . – Strategic investment: Acquired a 49 Per cent equity stake in Flash Electronics (India) Private Limited, effective January 15, 2025, for Rs 13,720 million. The partnership combines Minda’s body electronics with Flash’s engine and powertrain electronics to create an integrated EV platform; Flash reported EV products contributing 23 Per cent of its full-year revenue  .
