Key milestones highlighted by the company include the first India-made 140 m3/hr oxygen plant manufactured and commissioned by IOL; the first acetylene compressor manufactured in India by IOL; and the Indian Air Force airlifting Linde India’s cryogenic oxygen tanker from Hindon to Panagarh for filling at Durgapur—another first in the company’s history .

– Strategic partnerships and capacity expansion: Linde India expanded its partnership with Tata Steel Limited in Odisha by signing agreements to de-captivate two additional air separation units at the Kalinganagar Industrial Complex, more than doubling its on-site capacity. The company also entered the Dahej industrial cluster in Gujarat through a long-term contract with Asian Paints (Polymers) Private Limited, involving the installation of its third air separation unit at Dahej .
– Renewable energy sourcing: The company continued sourcing 98 Million Units per annum of renewable energy under long-term captive schemes. During the year, it began sourcing 19 Million Units per annum of solar power via the Inter-State Transmission System for its Dahej and Rourkela air separation units and completed ISTS renewable energy setups at SriCity and Selaqui; it also contracted 425 Million Units per annum of ISTS hybrid renewable energy for the upcoming Tata Kalinganagar ASU operation .
– Technology upgrades: New air separation units at Dahej and Ludhiana are built on Linde Engineering’s latest design with a waste gas recovery turbine, enhancing operational flexibility and efficiency .
