About Jain Irrigation Systems Limited

Jain Irrigation Systems Limited was incorporated on December 30, 1986, and provides solutions across agriculture, piping and infrastructure through Micro Irrigation Systems, PVC and HDPE pipes, plastic sheets, agro-processed products, renewable energy solutions, tissue culture plants, financial services and other agri inputs, with over 35 years of operations as a listed public company headquartered at Jain Plastic Park, Bambhori, Jalgaon 425001, Maharashtra, India. The Group serves markets in India and 77 countries during FY 2024–25, operating 16 plants in India and 12 internationally, with 18 Indian offices and 10 overseas offices, supported by a dealer-led model and direct relationships with governments, institutions, industries and farmers. Key products accounting for 90% of turnover include Micro Irrigation Systems, tissue culture plants, PVC and PE pipes, PVC sheets, dehydrated onion, fruit purée and spices, with 76.61% of turnover from manufacture of plastic products and 23.39% from fruit/vegetable juices and spices in FY 2024–25 on the BRSR boundary noted therein. The Group has 31 subsidiaries and 1 associate, including Jain Farm Fresh Foods Limited (India, 83.70%), Jain International Trading B.V. (Netherlands, 100%), JISL Overseas Limited (Mauritius, 100%), Jain Europe Limited (UK, 100%), Excel Plastic Piping Systems SAS (France, 100%), Jain America Inc. (USA, 100%), and Sustainable Agro-Commercial Finance Ltd. as associate (India, 49%) among others; JISL Global SA and JISL Systems SA were liquidated on July 10, 2024. In FY 2023, the Group completed the divestment of the International Irrigation Business into Rivulis, with Jain Israel B.V. holding an 18.7% minority stake in Rivulis Pte. Ltd. post-merger and the loss from the discontinued operation recognized earlier; proceeds were used for debt reduction at consolidated level.
