About Garware Hi-Tech Films Limited

Garware Hi-Tech Films Limited (GHFL), incorporated in 1957, manufactures specialty performance polyester films, including solar control window films and paint protection films for automotive and architectural applications, as well as high-end BOPET films for diverse industrial uses such as shrink labels, electrical insulation, lidding, and display applications. The Company operates integrated manufacturing facilities at Waluj, Chikalthana (both at Chhatrapati Sambhajinagar, Aurangabad) and Nashik, supported by an accredited in-house R&D centre focused on new products, process improvements, and debottlenecking. GHFL exports to more than 90 countries, with marketing presence across the USA, Europe, Far East, Middle East, Africa, South America, Australia, and New Zealand, and services customers through subsidiaries in the USA and UK. The Group structure comprises Garware Hi-Tech Films International Ltd. (UK, 100%) and its step-down subsidiary Global Hi-Tech Films Inc. (USA, 100%).
