DCB Bank Limited is a scheduled commercial bank incorporated on May 31, 1995. The Bank operates across India with 464 branches and 435 ATMs, serving entrepreneurs, individuals and businesses through a network that spans 20 States and 2 Union Territories. It has no subsidiaries.

 

DCB Bank’s offerings cover retail and business banking products, with a strategic emphasis on MSME/SME and the self-employed segment. Key lending products include mortgages and micro-mortgages (home loans and loans against property), construction finance, gold loans, tractor loans and agri credit such as Kisan Credit Card; on the liability side, the Bank provides savings and fixed deposit products including DCB WOW Savings Account and other tailored programmes for specific customer segments. It also distributes life, health and general insurance and mutual funds, and offers NRI services and trade services such as electronic bank guarantees.

 

Digital banking is a core strength: customers can access DCB Mobile Banking, Internet Banking and Business Banking; products like DCB Zippi Fixed Deposit, DCB EazyBee (mutual funds) and DCB Remit support 24×7 self-service. During FY 2025, the Bank partnered with NPST to launch an Online Dispute Resolution platform and deepened cybersecurity through an ISO 27001-certified ISMS, a 24×7 SOC, behavioural biometrics and a strategic partnership with CyberArk . The Bank also opened a technology innovation centre in Bengaluru to incubate new ideas and support fintech collaboration.

 

Key milestones in FY 2025 included crossing an annual Operating Profit of Rs 1,000 crore and sustaining robust growth in advances and deposits. As of March 31, 2025, the overall capital adequacy ratio was 16.77% .
