• Capital investment: Capex of ₹830 crore (up 61% YoY) focused on backward integration and capacity expansion at Kakinada, including phosphoric and sulphuric acid projects and a new granulation train adding 7.5 lakh tonnes of NPK capacity; projects in Gujarat will expand crop protection technicals capacity via a Multi-Product Plant  .
