Camlin Fine Sciences Limited (CFS) is an India‑headquartered, listed speciality chemicals company incorporated on November 30, 1993. It engages in research, development, manufacturing and marketing of speciality chemicals, ingredients and additive blends across food, animal nutrition, pet food, pharmaceutical, petrochemical and industrial applications globally. The company’s portfolio spans Shelf‑Life Solutions (antioxidants and blends), Aroma Ingredients (including Vanillin and Ethyl Vanillin), Performance Chemicals (such as Hydroquinone, Catechol, MEHQ, TBC, Guaiacol, Veratrole) and Health & Wellness (algae‑based Omega‑3) . CFS manufactures aroma ingredients at its Dahej unit and is one of the largest manufacturers of Methyl Vanillin in the world . Blends manufacturing is spread across India, Mexico, Brazil, USA and Europe, and products are marketed globally through subsidiaries and distribution networks. In India, plants are at Tarapur (Thane) and Dahej (Bharuch), with R&D at Boisar and an application lab in Thane.

 

CFS serves customers in 56 countries and across 28 Indian States/UTs . As on March 31, 2025, the company had 21 subsidiaries (including step‑down subsidiaries) and 1 associate of a step‑down subsidiary; only the number is disclosed here. Recent milestones include mothballing the Italy diphenols facility in July 2023 and mitigating with a diphenols plant at Dahej, India.
