Angel One Limited is India’s largest publicly listed retail broking company and a front runner in technology-led financial services. As of March 2025, it serves 31 million clients with 7.6 million NSE active clients, supported by a dual presence in Mumbai (business) and Bengaluru (technology) and a nationwide digital footprint through its Super App.
The Group’s portfolio spans stock, currency and commodity broking, margin trading facility, depository services, distribution of financial products, lending as an NBFC (non-deposit taking), insurance corporate agency, asset management and wealth management; it is a member of NSE, BSE, MCX, NCDEX and MSEI and a CDSL Depository Participant.
Key brands and offerings include the Angel One Super App; Ionic Wealth (wealth management); and Angel One Asset Management Company, which launched the Angel One Nifty Total Market Index Fund, India’s first Angel One Nifty Total Market ETF, and the Angel One Nifty 1D Rate Liquid ETF — Growth. Angel One positions itself as a digital-first leader, with a 16.1% share of India’s demat accounts and a 19.5% overall retail equity turnover market share in FY25 .

In FY2025, Angel One expanded its Super App with mutual funds, credit, fixed income and insurance, while launching features like an Options Strategy Builder, trailing stop-loss and 100% online joint demat account opening . The AMC launched the Angel One Nifty Total Market Index Fund, the Angel One Nifty Total Market ETF and the Angel One Nifty 1D Rate Liquid ETF — Growth,; Ionic Wealth secured key licenses, expanded to nine cities.
Distribution partnerships scaled to six (two banks, four NBFCs) for credit, with cumulative credit products distributed of ₹7 billion, and additional partners added for motor insurance on the Super App.
