About Alok Industries Limited

Alok Industries Limited, incorporated in 1986, is a vertically integrated textile manufacturer with operations across the cotton and polyester value chains. In cotton, integration spans spinning to weaving, processing, finished fabrics, bedsheets, towels, and garments; in polyester, it extends from continuous polymerization to chips, POY, FDY, DTY, and PSF. Its large manufacturing facilities are located at Vapi (Gujarat) and Silvassa, serving global retailers, brands, textile importers, private labels, and garment manufacturers.

The Board was reconstituted in September 2020 after a resolution plan approved in March 2019 involving Reliance Industries Limited and JM Financial Asset Reconstruction Company Limited. Certifications include ISO 9001:2015, ISO 14001:2015, and ISO 45001:2018 across multiple plants. The portfolio covers yarns, woven and knitted fabrics, home textiles (bedding and towels), apparel, and polyester products.
